Knitting Pattern: Kirsikkapuu Phone Pouch (by Anna Tanskanen)
The phone pouch is worked doubled with yarn; the other side is smooth. The stitches are cast on using the Magic Loop technique.
The pattern for the Kirsikkapuu phone pouch was previously published in Beloved Patterns & Pihlgren and Ritola knitting magazine, where the inspiration came from Pihlgren and Ritola's iconic wallpaper patterns.
Knitting pattern details:
Sizes:
Width 11 cm / 4.25”, height 17 cm / 6.75”
Yarn:
150 g Sandnes Garn Duo (115 m / 126 yds = 50 g), in color Powder Pink 4032.
A small amount of white mohair yarn for embroidery, for example Sandnes Garn Tynn Silk Mohair, and Sandnes Garn Duo in color 4032 Powder Pink for the center of the flowers.
Needles:
4 mm / US 6 circular needle (80 cm / 32”) and 4 mm / US 6 DPNs for I-cord. Adjust needle size if needed to obtain the correct gauge.
Gauge:
19 sts × 32 rnds = 10 cm × 10 cm / 4 x 4” over St St on 4 mm / US 6 needles (after blocking).
Notions:
Stitch marker, darning needle and 3 mm / US D/3 crochet hook for embroidery.

Intermediate.
