Perfect thick mittens with lovely lining designed by Anna Tanskanen are cozy warmers for frosty days. The mittens are part of the Filippa collection, which includes five accessories in total. 

Knitting pattern details:

Sizes:

One size 

Mitten circumference: 18 cm / 7.25”

Yarn:

Woolfolk Flette Yarn 50 g = 120 m / 131 yds (100 % merino). You need MC 50 g, CC approx. 10 g, lining color 50 g. The sample mittens are worked in shades 01 (MC), 28 (CC) and 30 (lining).

Needles:

 2.5 mm 80 cm / US 1.5 32” circular needle and 2.5 mm / US 1.5 DPNs, or size to obtain gauge.

Gauge:

22 sts × 28 rnds = 10 × 10 cm / 4 × 4” over stockinette stitch in the round using 2.5 mm / US 1.5 needles, after wet blocking.

Notions:

Waste yarn, crochet hook 2 or 3 mm / A-0 or D-3, 2 stitch markers (one of them needs to be a removable marker), darning needle.

Intermediate.
