Erik Bruun's posters became known to Finns no later than the 1950s, when his colorful Jaffa advertisements appeared on the streets of Helsinki. Knitwear designers Heli Hottinen-Puukko, Janita Koskinen, Jenna Kostet, Hannemari Lehtonen, Terri Maue, Tiia Reho, Mia Sumell, Emma Suominen and Anna-Karoliina Tetri have been inspired by Bruun's rich world of patterns and designed their own interpretations of it.
