Archipelago Knits knitting magazine

Saariston Neuleet (Archipelago Knits) is a wonderful knitting magazine inspired by the Finnish archipelago and seascape. The 124-page magazine includes 20 unique and previously unpublished knitting patterns. The magazine features clothing for everyone, with most of the knits being unisex designs.

Knitwear designers Anna Johanna, Anna Tanskanen, Jenny Williams, Jona Bednjanec, Ulrika Krantz, Sara R., Emma Suominen, Hannemari Lehtonen, Heli Hottinen-Puukko, Janita Koskinen, Anna-Karoliina Tetri, Veera Jussila and Meg Gadsbey have designed archipelago-themed knits and accessories. The difficulty level of the patterns ranges from easy to challenging.

The magazine includes stunning textured knits and splashes of color: sweaters, a cardigan, a vest, two pairs of socks, beanies, and scarves. The size range for the knits is extensive, meaning there are knits for all sizes.

The yarns used in the knits include, for example, Novita, Tukuwool, Säie Wool, Isager Yarn, Cardiff, Sandnes Garn, Filcolana, and Drops. Good availability and versatility have been considered in the yarn selections.
