The cowl is knitted from thick yarn. The double collar provides warmth, and the shoulder shaping ensures a good fit.
The Saana cowl pattern was published in the Saariston neuleet knitting magazine, which was inspired by the Finnish archipelago and seascape.

Collar height folded: 12.5 cm
Materials:
Yarn: Novita Halaus (40% cotton, 35% alpaca, 25% wool, 100 m / 50 g). Color Halo. You will need 3 balls or 260 m.
Needles: 5 mm 60 cm circular needles.
Other materials: Stitch markers, cable needle and tapestry needle.
Gauge:
16 sts and 22 rows = 10 × 10 cm in stockinette stitch.
