Downloadable instructions: Princess Bag (designer Veera Jussila)
First, the bag pattern is tufted onto the fabric, and then the bag components are sewn together. Choose an appropriate strap length.
The Princess Bag pattern was published in Rakkaat kuviot & Aarikka magazine, inspired by Aarikka's jewelry, textiles, and home decor items.

Finished bag dimensions: Diameter approx. 20 cm
Materials:
Yarn: Wetterhoff Wanja (100% Finnish wool, 100 m / 50 g)
MC: Dark red 1269: 1 ball or approx. 70 m
CC1: Rose 1226: 1 ball or approx. 70 m
CC2: White 1146: 1 ball or approx. 70 m
Note! Yarn consumption is affected by the length of the needle used in the work, i.e., how long the pile is tufted. A medium needle length was used in the sample work.
Punch needle: Lavor 3 mm. (Punch needles 4–10 mm are also suitable.)
Other materials: Round embroidery hoop 19 cm and old linen fabric OR Zweigart Monks Cloth fine craft fabric 0.3 m
Old jeans or other suitable recycled fabric for the bag (lining fabric can be thinner fabric)
35 cm zipper
1.5 m bias tape
0.5 m iron-on interfacing
Soft pencil or other marking pen, latex or white glue 0.2 l, scissors, 2 D-rings
Note! For a larger punch needle, a more loosely woven Zweigart Monks Cloth tufting fabric is also suitable. If you are tufting with a 5 mm or larger punch needle, you can tuft with double yarn. However, keep in mind that this will increase yarn consumption.
