Complaints

If the product you ordered is faulty or broken, please contact our customer service by email at kaupat@meillakotona.fi. Please include your order details, a precise description of the reason for the complaint, and photos of the product packaging and the defect in the product.

Do this if you wish to return a product:

  1. Notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the product. The easiest way to do this is by filling out the return form, which can be found below these instructions.
  2. Our customer service will send you return instructions by email once we have received your return notification. Our customer service will contact you within our customer service opening hours.
  3. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging and send the package according to the instructions from Kotona stores' customer service.
  4. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund your money. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for your order.
