Downloadable pattern: Marin top (designer Ulrika Krantz)

The upper part of the jumper is made with half-brioche stitch, making it dense and particularly warm. The lower part features classic stripes.

The pattern for the Marin jumper was published in the Saariston neuleet knitting magazine, which draws inspiration from the Finnish archipelago and seascape.

Yarn: Drops Garnstudio Daisy (100 % wool, 110 m / 50 g)

MC: 8 (9, 9, 10, 11) (12, 12, 13, 14) skeins / 809 (903, 975, 1060, 1116) (1230, 1299, 1378, 1462) m

CC: 2 (2, 2, 2, 3) (3, 3, 3, 3) skeins / 172 (191, 204, 220, 233) (255, 271, 284, 305) m

Needles: 3.5 mm, 60 cm and 80 cm, and 4 mm, 60 cm and 80 cm circular needles. Or choose needle size according to your gauge.

Other materials: Waste yarn or stitch holder, removable stitch markers, darning needle.

Gauge:

19 sts and 28 rows = 10 × 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles (after blocking). 19 sts and 36 rows = 10 × 10 cm in half-brioche stitch on 4 mm needles (after blocking).
