Knitting Pattern: Hiekka Socks (by Mia Sumell)
The socks feature patterns created by the movement of water on sand. The colorwork motif on the socks is wonderfully rich. The socks are knitted from the cuff down to the toes.
The pattern for the Hiekka socks was previously published in Beloved Patterns & Pentik knitting magazine, where the inspiration came from Pentik's decorative textiles and ceramics.
