The pattern for the Norppa (Saimaa ringed seal) socks was published in the Rakkaat kuviot & Erik Bruun knitting magazine, which was inspired by Erik Bruun's iconic posters.

Needles: 2.5 mm double-pointed needles
Other materials: Tapestry needle.
Gauge:
32 sts and 35 rnds = 10 × 10 cm in stranded colorwork in the round.
