Downloadable pattern: Tatti socks (designer Maija Vaara)

The giant balls on the socks are created using the intarsia technique. The ball can be whole or half, depending on which foot you put the socks on.

MC: Tukuwool Sock 21 Polte 1 skein

Needles: 3.0 mm double-pointed needles

Other materials: Darning needle.

Gauge:

24 sts and 34 rows = 10 cm in stockinette stitch.
