The Hempeät Viivat (Delicate Lines) socks feature a simple colorwork pattern that is pleasant to knit. The socks are knitted from the cuff down to the toes.

The pattern for the Viivat socks was published in the Rakkaat kuviot & Aarikka knitting magazine, which drew inspiration from Aarikka's jewelry, textiles, and interior decor items.

Materials:

Yarn: Opal 4-ply sock yarn (425 m / 100g, 75% wool, 25% polyamide)

MC: Beige (5189) 40 (60) g, 1 skein or 170 (255) m

CC: Pink (9940) 20 (30) g, 1 skein or 85 (128) m

Needles: 2.5 mm circular needles with an 80 cm cable or 2.5 mm DPNs (or size needed to obtain gauge)

Other notions: Stitch marker, tape measure, and tapestry needle.
